I have avoided making tops. Being a woman of generous proportions I have been too timid and unsure to start making major changes to patterns and the shapless larger tops just look awful on me. I have always intended to get around to making a top to fit - and even have one cut out to try that I mocked up from an existing top I have. But the whole process of carefully calculating and adjusting needs the kind of uninterupted day I just don't get.
A little incentive and moral support may just change all of that.
